MES-C4 Flight Type Dishwasher Overview

The MES-C4 is developed for commercial and institutional kitchens that require continuous tableware processing, higher hourly output, and an integrated drying stage.

Suitable bowls, plates, trays, saucers, spoons, chopsticks, and other compatible tableware are placed directly onto the flight conveyor. The machine transports the items through washing, high-temperature rinsing, drying, and clean-side discharge without requiring separate dishwashing racks.

With a listed capacity of 2,000–4,000 dishes per hour and a machine size of 3500 × 825 × 1950 mm, the MES-C4 is positioned for larger and more demanding projects than the compact MES-C3. Both models provide a 420 mm washing height, but the MES-C4 offers a longer processing structure, higher maximum output, and 58 kW or 68 kW power configurations.

Integrated Washing, Rinsing, and Drying Structure of MES-C4

The MES-C4 combines three tableware-processing stages within one continuous flight conveyor system. Tableware moves from dirty-side loading to clean-side collection without being transferred manually between separate washing and drying equipment.

600 mm Infeed Conveyor

The infeed conveyor provides a dedicated loading area before tableware enters the washing chamber.

Operators can sort and position suitable plates, bowls, trays, saucers, spoons, chopsticks, and other items according to their dimensions and loading requirements. Proper positioning helps reduce overlap and improves spray-water access.

Main Washing Section

The main washing section operates at approximately 55°C to 65°C.

Heated water is distributed through the spray system while tableware moves continuously through the machine. This stage is designed to remove food residue, grease, and other surface contamination.

High-Temperature Rinse Section

After washing, tableware passes through a high-temperature rinse operating at approximately 82°C to 100°C.

This stage helps remove remaining detergent and supports hygienic commercial tableware processing before drying.

Integrated Drying Section

The MES-C4 incorporates a drying function after high-temperature rinsing.
