The MES-C4 is developed for commercial and institutional kitchens that require continuous tableware processing, higher hourly output, and an integrated drying stage.
Suitable bowls, plates, trays, saucers, spoons, chopsticks, and other compatible tableware are placed directly onto the flight conveyor. The machine transports the items through washing, high-temperature rinsing, drying, and clean-side discharge without requiring separate dishwashing racks.
With a listed capacity of 2,000–4,000 dishes per hour and a machine size of 3500 × 825 × 1950 mm, the MES-C4 is positioned for larger and more demanding projects than the compact MES-C3. Both models provide a 420 mm washing height, but the MES-C4 offers a longer processing structure, higher maximum output, and 58 kW or 68 kW power configurations.
MAYERS can recommend the conveyor width, electrical configuration, tableware flow direction, supporting work areas, and overall warewashing line arrangement according to the kitchen layout and operating requirements.

The MES-C4 Flight Type Dishwasher is developed for commercial kitchens that require higher processing capacity, extended conveyor operation, and stable continuous washing performance. With a washing capacity of up to 4,000 dishes per hour, a 420 mm washing height, and an extended conveyor structure, MES-C4 helps optimize tableware handling efficiency for demanding foodservice environments.
Designed for hotels, hospitals, universities, central kitchens, catering facilities, and large institutional dining operations, MES-C4 provides a reliable warewashing solution where productivity, sanitation, and operational continuity are critical. MAYERS supports customized flight dishwasher equipment configurations according to kitchen layouts, workflow requirements, and project specifications.
The MES-C4 combines three tableware-processing stages within one continuous flight conveyor system. Tableware moves from dirty-side loading to clean-side collection without being transferred manually between separate washing and drying equipment.
The infeed conveyor provides a dedicated loading area before tableware enters the washing chamber.
Operators can sort and position suitable plates, bowls, trays, saucers, spoons, chopsticks, and other items according to their dimensions and loading requirements. Proper positioning helps reduce overlap and improves spray-water access.
The main washing section operates at approximately 55°C to 65°C.
Heated water is distributed through the spray system while tableware moves continuously through the machine. This stage is designed to remove food residue, grease, and other surface contamination.
After washing, tableware passes through a high-temperature rinse operating at approximately 82°C to 100°C.
This stage helps remove remaining detergent and supports hygienic commercial tableware processing before drying.
The MES-C4 incorporates a drying function after high-temperature rinsing.
The drying stage helps reduce residual moisture before tableware reaches the clean-side discharge area. Final drying performance may vary according to tableware material, item shape, loading position, operating speed, and the selected machine configuration.
Processed tableware moves onto the 600 mm outfeed conveyor for collection.
The discharge area includes overload-sensing automatic start-stop control and dual overload protection. These functions respond when tableware is not collected in time and begins to accumulate.

The MES-C4 is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens requiring continuous washing and integrated drying for mixed tableware.
Hotels & Banquet Facilities – Continuous washing and drying for large volumes of tableware during peak service periods.
Hospitals & Healthcare Kitchens – Supports efficient tray and tableware processing across multiple daily meal services.
Universities & School Cafeterias – Handles high dish volumes during busy lunch and dinner periods.
Central Kitchens – Integrates into commercial warewashing lines for restaurants, catering, hospitals, and institutional food production.
Catering & Event Operations – Ideal for fast turnaround of mixed tableware after banquets, conferences, and large events.
Institutional Canteens – Suitable for factories, government facilities, and staff cafeterias with continuous meal service.

The MES-C4 processes approximately 2,000–4,000 dishes per hour under suitable operating conditions.
This capacity makes it suitable for hotels, hospitals, universities, central kitchens, catering facilities, and institutional dining operations with concentrated tableware-return periods.
Actual output depends on conveyor speed, item spacing, tableware dimensions, pre-scraping efficiency, and operator workflow.
The machine provides a maximum washing height of 420 mm.
This additional vertical clearance supports a broader range of compatible bowls, plates, trays, containers, and selected kitchen items than flight dishwasher models limited to a 270 mm washing height.
The final suitability of each item should still be confirmed according to its dimensions, stability, and selected entrance width.
The spray system uses an “8”-shaped concave nozzle design to create a strong and evenly distributed water curtain.
The dispersed spray angle improves water coverage across tableware moving through the washing section and supports more consistent removal of food residue.
The plate outlet is equipped with an overload-sensing automatic start-stop function.
If tableware is not collected in time and begins to accumulate, the system responds automatically to help reduce collisions and prevent unnecessary pressure on the conveyor mechanism.
The supplied product information lists bowls, chopsticks, saucers, plates, and spoons as suitable tableware types.
Compatible materials include ceramic, melamine, stainless steel, and PP. Each item should be evaluated according to its heat resistance, size, shape, detergent compatibility, and conveyor-loading stability.
A sensor probe monitors the water level inside the wash tank.
The machine automatically replenishes water when the level becomes insufficient and stops filling when the preset upper level is reached. This supports stable washing conditions and helps reduce unnecessary overflow.
The MES-C4 is available with listed total power options of 58 kW and 68 kW.
The appropriate configuration should be selected according to the heating requirements, drying needs, inlet water conditions, local electrical capacity, and project application. The exact difference between the two configurations should be confirmed in the technical proposal.
