The MES-P1 Flight Dishwasher Machine is designed for foodservice facilities that need to process large quantities of tableware continuously without loading each item into a separate dishwashing rack.


Tableware is placed on the flight conveyor, transported through the washing and high-temperature rinsing sections, and discharged from the clean side of the machine. Unlike rack conveyor machines, a flight type dishwasher uses an integrated conveyor surface to transport individual tableware through the washing system. This reduces the need to place dishes into separate racks before washing.

Direct Tableware Conveyor

Plates, trays, bowls, and other suitable items can be arranged directly on the flight conveyor according to the required loading direction.

The continuous conveyor design allows kitchen staff to load tableware from the dirty side while cleaned items are discharged from the opposite side. This supports a clear separation between dirty-tableware handling and clean-tableware collection.

Main Washing Section

The main washing section operates at approximately 55°C to 65°C.
